Employment Law Update
Two local attorneys will present on the essentials of employment law and also update us on the percolating legal issues of the day. During the morning session, Laura Katers Reilly will cover the topics of Discipline and Termination, which includes discussion of best practices for performance reviews, investigations, terminations, etc.; and during the afternoon session, Susan Douglas MacGregor will cover the topics of Wage & Hour, FMLA/ADA (Leave & Disability), and Discrimination/Harassment. This is a basic level program, which is both a good primer and a good review course.
