Workshop It! Virtual roundtable discussions following the glut of information during our February 8th learning session ‘The ABCs of Compensation for HR Professionals.’

Now that we have had some time to digest the information and perhaps apply some of the concepts in our workplaces, let’s get together and share our ideas.

Where did you start? What is going well? About what are you unsure? How has leadership responded? What can we do to support UP employers in the use of compensation as a retention and performance tool? Have you participated in a third-party compensation study?

Attendees will return to their roles having:

• gained insight from their geographic HR peers
• problem solved their compensation system
• sketched an area-wide plan to develop compensation systems and data

Each ‘table’ will be facilitated by a UPHRA Board Member who attended the February 8 session.
