NOTE: Chapter membership expires at the same time as your current SHRM membership, regardless of enrollment date. Any applicable Chapter dues will be invoiced by UPHRA.

UPHRA members gain the exposure and camaraderie of being in the UP’s only SHRM Chapter! Our members create and enjoy lasting relationships with HR Professionals within our unique area. Annual association dues of $75 generally cover the cost of quarterly meetings (either in person or virtually), forum access, our membership directory, board blogs and more. Quarterly meetings are typically held on the 2nd Tuesday of the 2nd month of the quarter, are designed as educational sessions focused on current HR and Management topics, and are usually assigned at least 2 PDC (Professional Development Credit) for SHRM and HRCI. Members also receive reduced pricing for our annual summit, typically held each spring and usually assigned at least 4 PDCs.

UPHRA awards one SHRM Credential Scholarship per year for which only members are eligible to apply. Members are invited to share open HR job information with the chapter by emailing the information to info@uphra.org and to utilize our Member Forum to engage in HR conversations with other members. One feature about which our members rave is the Member Directory where members can seek out their peers.
