UPHRA is pleased to present the 20th annual HR Conference, now known as the Spring Summit, to be held on April 25, 2024 at NMU's Northern Center in Marquette, MI. This event has become the U.P.'s premier HR Professional Development event with information applicable to any size organization in any industry. There are up to 5 SHRM/HRCI recertification credits available across various topics! Learning and value can certainly also be found for leadership and management professionals not focused in Human Resources. UPHRA welcomes attendees from throughout the organization!

Up to 5 SHRM/HRCI recertification credits are available with an opening keynote, a closing keynote and three breakout session times with four session options each. Content is based on responses to the survey sent to UPHRA's contact list in the fall of 2023. 'How the heck do I get supervisors to do the right thing?', 'How do we incentivize employee performance?', 'What drives employee engagement?', and 'Employee wellness (financial, social, physical, emotional, etc!)' received the highest percentages of responses. We heard you have are bringing speakers in to address those topics. 

We also have developed a breakout session track directed at non-HR supervisor/leadership development. Content in this track will focus on servant leadership, strength-based performance, and developing a culture of accountability. We encourage organizations to take the opportunity for leaders to attend.
