11:00 a.m. - Robert Mellin, Outpatient Director from Great Lakes Recovery Centers will have an open discussion on how employers are currently addressing this issue

12:30 p.m. – John Gardner, from Bodman’s Workplace Law Group, will speak about the laws that the EEOC targets, including the Bermuda Triangle: Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and Workers’ Compensation
