ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Frustration and exhaustion are common occurrences when company culture and hiring don't match up. That was fairly evident to Miche Rayment as she worked for 10 years in economic development consulting and 20+ years teaching, developing, and consulting with clients on The Hire EffectTM processes.
She wrote a book The Hire Effect™ | Hire for Culture and Skill, developed a self learning model, and has personally fully trained over 100 hiring teams how to choose well for their culture.
She studies the fundamentals of organizational design and development: philosophy, psychology, anthropology, biology, and linguistics. Teachers like Fernando Flores (ontology of business), Adam Kahane (compassion and listening), Sue Knight (Neuro Linguistic programing), and David Cooperrider (Appreciative Inquiry) are some that have shaped her holistic and human centered approach
