The Mosaic Mindset: Nurturing Diversity, Fostering Inclusion

UPHRA is excited to present "Mosaic Mindset" a discussion on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion…and the key to ensuring effectiveness: Belonging. We’ve all heard the argument for diversity in our organizations but are we just checking the box? Learn how to ensure that all of our employees feel valued in the work and in the social aspects of belonging to an organization.

Then, after lunch, we take a look at approaches to DEI&B for our fair UP. Great Lakes Recovery Centers, an organization focused on Returning Citizens, and Lakestate Industries, an organization focused on differently abled, lead a panel with employers and current employees who are finding success.
